This light beam video has been verified to be genuine (by an unimpeachable source). So, what is it and what's it for? We asked said source, our favorite person-in-the-know, and here's what she said:

I
and many others, I bet, have been checking in on CERN a couple times a
day. This morning it was normal. RMN readers may recall that sunday, I
reported on them having lots of strange problems, Circuits tripping,
etc...
This happened just an hour or so ago, EVERYTHING was working fine
on their end , sorta , because , in last 24 hour they are HAVING some
trouble, although they hide it. Moments ago, I tried viewing the
DASHBOARD, its GONE – THEY REMOVED THE FILE ALL TOGETHER ?
it comes up a 404, means file not found, they have removed the php file alltogether .
Wonder if they found their prize they were looking so hard to find before their September time frame?
No. They found no prize. The funny thing is: THEY THEMSELVES want the LHC to fail, secretly.
UPDATE: It's apparently back up again... but that won't last long.
UPDATE 12-16-15: CERN's LHC had been DOWN (after an apparent explosion we've yet to verify) -- then back up and back down over the past five weeks, bouncing all over the place and not working right -- and now it's finally DOWN, in shutdown mode, with no word from CERN on when or why or how:

This very latest image of the sun's corona showcases a Dalek vs. an owl, bringing up all manner of meme collision interpretation. Between all things secret society (owls are Illuminati symbols) and Dr. Whovian villain metaphors, we're pretty sure the Powers That Were have their hands full. We also have what looks like a deformed Italy on the bottom left, AND a slice-n-dice samurai bird of prey on the bottom right, so... basically all kinds of fin de siecle fun will be had by all those who deserve it. Waiter, more schadenfreude for all The CAT's friends.

FYI, CERN's (hidden agenda) LHC is currently running, off and on -- not the way they want it to, but running nonetheless. Many can feel it. Here are some of the common complaints:
"Feels like you're fighting a cold, like that tired 'medicine head' feeling, or you're reeeeeeally tired/drained"
"It's a very weird feeling, like your spirit and body are detached and you're floating above yourself"
"Like being drunk without drinking"
"Feels like your spirit is being pulled out the top of your head."
I get that when CERN begins
experimenting again, the activity surrounding the experiments will
create a disruption in the magnetosphere that surrounds earth. It
will be thick in some areas, and thin in others, and I see the bubble
constantly shifting and moving about like a bubble on the end of a
plastic dip stick (the type a child uses to blow bubbles in the back
yard. I will try to find a picture when I am done and add it to this
post.) The magnetosphere is constantly wavering bath and forth, and I
hear the low lying "hum" to it as it moves...
It is
the shift in this magnetic bubble that effects people, so it is
through indirect measures of CERN that people will feel it. Much like
how astrological positions or the moon tug on us, the magnetosphere
does too. People that are sensitive (especially to EMF waves) or have
autoimmune issues will feel this the most. I see it causing
irritability, fatigue and "ADD type" feelings in your
thoughts. Looks hard to concentrate during this time.
The biggest thing is to be aware of
this and recognize changes in yourself. Meditating, trying to hold a
higher frequency, constantly clearing your energy and asking your
guides to help are things you can do to mitigate the symptoms. I also
see soaking in Epsom salts (in a warm bath) can help to release some
of this (what feels like toxic or overpowering) energy from your
system.
Those of as at The CAT can unfortunately feel when CERN activates, reporting all of the above symptoms. It's quite debilitating for sensitives. We've tried several things (including lead sheilding believe it or not), but the only thing that works -- and we know this sounds crazy -- is putting an inexpensive crystal and a piece of orgonite in your pockets. (We said it'd sound crazy.) for it to work, you need to carry them on your person.
We use citrine points, about three inches long, and pocket-sized pieces of orgonite, both readily available on Etsy or eBay for around $10 each. We know this sounds crazy, but... this combo works. As usual, we were keeping open minds about these kinds of thing and they actually seem to work. We've originally tried this technique to defeat what we call "mind-noise" while in large crowds, like at theme parks, and it works very well. Seems to create a protective bubble around you that defeats... well, BAD ENERGY. Sounds hippie as hell, but it's a real thing. There's a ton of it out there these days and CERN makes it 100X worse.
Unfortunately, like religion, "science" has also proven itself to be trustworthy and for sale to the highest bidder, so we've been forced to try alternative means of gathering information and making our way in the world. Because of this, we've become trained to rely on our own insights, as well as those of a handful of truly remarkable sensitives who have ALWAYS been right, nearly 100% of the time (so far). The only differences we see are in various timelines, as they evolve and collapse. We're not here to convince. We're here to advise. When in doubt, do what TheCAT does: take everything with a grain of salt and look for patterns. Develop and learn to trust your own instincts and innate abilities.
CERN-wise, note that there's nothing to be afraid of. It's just a nuisance. Despite its intent, it won't stop what's coming. Nothing will. The positive energy cavalry is incoming -- and unstoppable.
UPDATE: So much for that. When Wave X is roaring, a CME is hitting us, AND CERN's goddamn LHC is on, nothing helps. You just have to ride it out. Some of us have had our eyes CLOSE one after the other while feeling totally exhausted. Like the Tao of Da-da says: "Strong winds CAN blow all day depending on how much sugar's been ingested."

Once again the autumn season is expected to bring turbulence and
power struggles to a new intensity as the September 30th accounting
deadline looms. The question for the cabal is what sort of horse
trading, threats and compromises will be made by the cabal in order to
kick the can down the road and keep their fraudulent power structure
intact. The question for the rest of us is how can we finally put a
permanent end to their nightmarish debt slavery regime.
In order to prepare for the autumn campaign it will be useful to
review the battle so far in order to identify what needs to be done
next.
The best place to start is to look back at the events of September
11th, 2001 and start there. What we saw there was a fascist coup d’etat
against US democracy that was carried out by the same group that lost
World War 2 and plotted revenge ever since that time.
Information from Western and Asian secret government sources have
revealed that the families owning the Federal Reserve Board, in
particular its New York Branch, were bankrupt. They owed gold to mostly
Asian royal families and had been ordered to start returning in on
September 12th, 2001. Instead they decided to declare war against the
rest of the planet.

Q. We've been seeing a lot of strange
things here in New York this year. Many of us here who are working on
raising our consciousness are feeling that something big may be
happening here soon. The week of the 15th of September and
the specific date of the 23rd of September are popping up
on many people's radars.
My question is what are the intentions
behind these two photos? One is a blimp I saw over my neighborhood,
the other an image of an Indian goddess of destruction projected onto
the Empire State Building. Are
they beneficent, maleficent? Are these warning signs by the
illuminati or the powers that were? Should we plan on not being in
the city in mid September and the 23rd specifically?
Many of us here who meditate and talk
to our guides are starting to feel it may be time to leave here soon.

A. I too see the energy rising. It
appears like a energetic bubble that is about to burst. I can't
pinpoint and exact day, but it does feel close. I also hear the
phrase "false flag" over and over. It looks like a
false flag is what pops this "bubble." The question I
then ask is "where or what is going to happen?." When
I look at this picture of Empire State Building, I immediately get it
will be tied to it. In some ways, seeing this goddess lit up on
the side, it morphs to bulls-eye. It is as if someone has
"marked it" and I see it collapsing in a similar fashion as
the Twin Towers did (referring to the implosion, NOT the plane-
at least I didn't see it like plane first, just the falling down part
of the image).
I
also get that military is starting to pool up there. Looks
like a training exercise (at least that is what they are being
told). The government wants the military close
because chaos is going to break out. I also get something about
people should be investigating what is going with the Empire
State Building (meaning, does it need repaired, insurance amount
changed, new ownership, something is going on with it..).
I also get that if this happens the way
I see it, it will be hard to get out of city then. The only way
out looks to be via military controlled busing, and if you chose
to take it, you are really their mercy. You other option is to
stay and wait it out, in which case you should have enough food,
water and supplies to last a good month. It will be chilly, but
not freezing, so the weather will be on your side.
I very much do see this as warning,
signifying that things are lining up and "ready." If
you capable, and leaving resonates with you, definitely consider
it.
As a closing thought, I want to mention
with all the lower vibrational thoughts and feelings out there, we
really need to group together and focus on positive intent and the
greater good. If enough people can do this, and put awareness
out there, we can change these time lines.

DOD GIVES LAST MINUTE NOTICE TO FAA BEFORE GOING DARK

WASHINGTON, DC (INTELLIHUB) — Air Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems (TCAS) and Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcasts (ADS-B) will be down or spotty in 5 states, extending up to 200 miles off shore of the Eastern Seaboard, until Oct. 1, according to a NOTAM issued Sept. 1 by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The NOTAM reads in part:
“Due to military activities,
the TCAS and ADS-B surveillance may be unreliable in the airspace over
Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, and
extending approximately 200 nautical miles offshore, from 1 a.m. EDT
(0500z) Sept. 2 until midnight EDT (0459z) on Oct. 1.” ????
Pilots are advised that the
traffic alert and TCAS may fail to establish tracks on nearby aircraft
and may fail to receive traffic alerts (TA) or resolution advisories
(RA). Operators should be aware that tracks may first appear
within close proximity to their aircraft, and may immediately go into
TA/RA status.
Pilots are advised to maintain an
increased visual awareness in this area. If operators believe that an
aircraft should have triggered an alert, the incident should be reported
to air traffic control as soon as possible.
This is due to a “late notice Department of Defense exercise”,
and NBAA has voiced its concern to the FAA that these sort of
significant impact tests need much more notice to operators in the NAS.
This is immensely concerning not only for the
safety of passengers and staff aboard flights navigating the affected
areas but for the security of our country as well. In fact the last time
we saw similar systems go down was during the attacks on the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon, Sept. 11, 2001.
A traffic collision avoidance system or traffic alert and collision avoidance system […] is an aircraft collision avoidance system designed to reduce the incidence of mid-air collisions between aircraft. It monitors the airspace around an aircraft for other aircraft equipped with a corresponding active transponder, independent of air traffic control, and warns pilots of the presence of other transponder-equipped aircraft which may present a threat of mid-air collision (MAC). — Wikipedia.
The FAA’s website explains the ADS-B as an “Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS-B) is a precise satellite-based surveillance system. ADS-B
Out uses GPS technology to determine an aircraft’s location, airspeed
and other data, and broadcasts that information to a network of ground
stations, which relays the data to air traffic control displays and to
nearby aircraft equipped to receive the data via ADS-B In. Operators of aircraft equipped with ADS-B In can receive weather and traffic position information delivered directly to the cockpit.”
Additionally it may be important to note that a second air defense blimp, or aerostat,
has been dispatched to the skies over Connecticut and Maryland. The
aerostat is capable of watching a 360 degree field in the sky for
approaching space objects, missiles and aircraft.

However, during a search of some old property records and will in a small courthouse in central North Carolina, Alex Christopher, the author of Pandora's Box, found the will of one A. A. Springs. Upon reading the will he was shocked and amazed at the secret that it disclosed, but one must remember that it is a known fact that wills, even though they are classified public records are rarely combed through, and these records hold many dark secrets that can be hidden in public view, but are never uncovered because there are very few who research these old records.
A Surprising Find
In the will of A. A. Springs was the list of his property. Mr. Christopher, and others, were looking to find what railroads and banks this man might have owned and had left to his son, Leroy Springs. He didn't find anything like that, but he did find the prize of the century. On the bottom of page three of four pages was a paragraph where the father, A. A. Springs, left to his son an enormous amount of land in the state of Alabama which amounted to the land that is today known as Huntsville, Alabama and then he went into detail to name the son and at first Mr. Christopher and the others with him couldn't believe what they were seeing, but there it was the name of the son and it was "ABRAHAM LINCOLN"!

Lynn recently told THE CAT that the "red comet" is coming closer to our orbit -- and will be for the next few years -- and this "Godzilla El Nino" story is how Mr. Global is covering it up instead of just telling the truth. Air Force planes regularly spray aerosols in various populated areas to cover this astronomical object's passing in our skies.
To quote a friend of THE CAT, Mr. Johnson:
The scale of the deception is so vast sometimes, and apparently so effective, that my mind is boggled. Just imagine how many people are involved in putting just this one cover story out. If you reverse engineered all the moving parts, it must require hundreds of people, even if many of them don't know what role they are playing. If Lyn is correct, it sounds like Cabal Inc. see this loss of weather control as a temporary situation that will be papered over by MSM disinformation. I suppose it's the same situation for the financial crisis. They put out massive amounts of fear porn on the coming depression, and then when the reality hits and it's somewhat less than the porn-meisters put out, everyone will be relieved that Mr. Global saved the day.
